3. Account Registration & Security

To access most features of the tk67 platform, you are required to create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and current.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on tk67. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using alternative identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held across affected accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You agree to notify tk67 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. tk67 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses may only be used for wagering and cannot be directly withdrawn unless explicitly stated otherwise in the bonus terms.

6. Gameplay & Fair Play

All betting markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to standard sportsbook settlement rules. • Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity theft, or deliberate chargebacks.

• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game, match, or event available on the platform.

tk67 employs a dedicated fraud detection team and uses automated monitoring tools to identify suspicious patterns. Where fraudulent behaviour is detected, all winnings derived from such activity will be voided and the account permanently closed without compensation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tk67 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of tk67 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this platform is the exclusive property of tk67.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the platform, its content, or its services without express written permission from tk67. Unauthorised use of any tk67 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offence.
